One of NSUNTEC core values and assets we can bring to you is Technical Project Management.  Studies have shown one of the failures or flaws in IT projects is the overall Technical Project Management.  Technical Project Management (TPM) differs from Project Management in that it's primarily concern is for the completion of the technical aspects of the project.  The process provides a Senior level manager to manage the technical side of the project; leaving you and your staffing from the burden of the day to day technical management.  Often companies overload staff with this additional burden, while the staff member is eager to do the work, they also have their normal responsibilities to tend to.  This weakens your organization and throws a load on most likely a rather already loaded person.  This is where our years of IT experience, both in Information Assurance and IT Operations come into play.  We understand the complex nature of IT and IT Security projects. Our role is to facilitate the project, transfer knowledge and assist you.  Your management staff is value to the success of the project we know and understand that fact, we also know that our role is to facilitate the project successfully.
